Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? You’re not the only one.
Yes, it is entirely free. While our primary role is providing dedicated, one-on-one support directly with our financial counsellors (which is where we do our best work) the tips and strategies we share in these sessions are simply too valuable to keep to ourselves. We want to see our local primary producers succeed and we are sharing tips and tools to help you get ahead of it.
We highly recommend tuning in live so you can make the most of the panel discussion, but we know what farm life is like. If something pops up on the property or you’re stuck in the paddock, don’t worry. All registered participants will receive a link to the full recording after the session so you can watch it at a time that suits you.
Yes. You can submit questions during the live session using the chat function. The panel will answer as many practical questions as time permits. However, any complex or highly personal questions can be taken offline for a private chat later.
We respect your time and keep things moving. The session length will vary between 20-60 minutes based on the topic and amount of questions. We start sharply on time so you can get the insights you need and get back to your day.
This webinar is built for any primary producer—across all sectors—who wants a practical, jargon-free look at their numbers. It is also highly relevant for farm managers, family members involved in the business, or local agricultural advisors who want to help their clients identify and manage hidden operational risks.
Not at all. This webinar is an open community resource available to all primary producers, regardless of whether you have ever spoken to a Rural Financial Counsellor before.
No. You just need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection. Once you register, you will receive a single link via email. When the webinar is due to start, just click that link and it will open automatically in your browser.
Only if you want to. You don’t need to bring anything to get full value out of the session. However, if you would like to have your current cash flow or balance sheet handy on your desk to quietly follow along and spot your own hidden trends as we go, you are more than welcome to. It is completely optional and strictly for your own eyes.
