About Bridget Doyle
Bridget is a Rural Financial Counsellor based in Blackall. She supports South West Queensland primary producers in the Blackall-Tambo, Murweh and Quilpie areas.
Bridget brings over 33 years of experience in rural and small business management across Australia and Canada, with experience in agriculture, banking, bookkeeping, construction trades, sales, hospitality and retail.
Growing up on a sheep and cattle property near Blackall, Bridget understands firsthand the impact adverse events and crises can have on pastoral families, and how seeking out the right professional help can make all the difference to survival in challenging times.
Bridget is committed to encouraging financial literacy and improving her clients’ understanding of the options available to them when faced with adversity.
Bridget works alongside a team of Financial Counsellors located throughout Southern Queensland and her activities are jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) following the Western Queensland surface trough and associated rainfall and flooding (21 March – 19 May 2025).
